DMCA & Copyright Policy

How we handle copyright complaints and takedown requests.

Last updated: 15 July 2026

IPTVUKElite respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy explains how to notify us of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent copyright laws, including those of the United Kingdom.

Our Role

IPTVUKElite provides access to content through third-party infrastructure and networks. We do not knowingly host, store or upload infringing material. Where we receive a valid notice that content accessible through our service infringes copyright, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to that material.

Filing a Copyright Complaint

If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and believe material accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@iptvukelite.com including all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  • Your contact information — name, address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Our Response

On receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material as soon as reasonably possible and, where appropriate, notify the relevant provider.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to support@iptvukelite.com containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your contact details, including consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate, without notice, the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

Contact

All copyright notices should be sent to support@iptvukelite.com. Please note that notices which are incomplete or submitted in bad faith may not receive a response and may carry legal consequences.
