Subscriptions, Billing & Free Trial
Subscription prices and plan details are shown on our pricing page. Access is provided for the period you purchase. We offer a 24-hour free trial so you can test the service before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.
Acceptable Use
- Use the service for lawful, personal purposes only.
- Do not share, resell or commercially exploit your account or credentials.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times, as delivery depends on your internet connection and third-party networks.
Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPTVUKElite is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.
